The Five Leading Causes of Data Loss

Zettagrid Indonesia successfully held its first event in 2020 called “Zettagrid Cloud Talk 2020: Seamlessly Automated Your Cloud Backup”. This event held on 23 January 2020 at CoHive 101, Kawasan Mega Kuningan, Jakarta. Zettagrid Cloud Talk is an event series that created to keep its audiences update on Zettagrid latest technology and growth. In collaboration with Veeam, Zettagrid hopes that it will bring insights about the importance of cloud backup for people business in this digital era.

On this event, Country Manager of Zettagrid Indonesia, Reza Kertadjadja mentioned that 2019 been a busy year for Zettagrid Indonesia as its company joined with several IT communities and held several events from local to International events such as Veeam Solution Day Singapore 2019. Reza also mentioned that Zettagrid Indonesia remain to grow every year and currently has 150 clients.

On the other hand, Dolly Indra GM Sales of Zettagrid Indonesia updated that in 2020, Zettagrid will released several new products, that is currently under development by Zettagrid team. The three new products include; Veeam Availability Console, VMware vCloud Availability, and Container Service Extension (Kubernetes).

Newin Atmarumeksa as Technical Consultant Veeam Indonesia explained about Veeam V9.5 features and give a little sneak peak about Veeam 10. He ended with questions and answers session that catch the audience attention.

Last but not least, Zettagrid Indonesia Customer Success Lead, Novia Kurniasih explained about the strategy to designing backup. Starts from determine what data that has to be backed up until the test and monitor backup system steps. She also revealed some of her customer’s study cases that using Veeam Backup and Replication.

“Kami memiliki dua data center, salahsatunya di Cikarang, Jawa Barat,” kata Gery Surjaudaja, Business Growth Executive, PT Arupa Cloud Nusantara kepada Majalah Biskom di sela-sela ‘Seminar IoT and Cyber Security Strategy 2020’ di Jakarta pada Kamis (12/12/2019).

Data center yang dibangun Arupa mencapai tier empat. Ini merupakan tingkatan tertinggi dari penggolongan data center di dunia termasuk Indonesia.

Selain itu layanan komputasi awan yang disediakan Arupa dilengkapi aplikasi keamanan. Jadi, data dan aplikasi yang berjalan dalam layanan dapat menahan berbagai serangan siber.

Tidak hanya keamanan layanan komputasi awan yang dijanjikan Arupa bagi penggunanya. Namun, layanan ini diberikan Service Level Agreement (SLA) sebesar 99,99%.

“Kami tidak boleh mengalami down time (mati) sepanjang 40 menit selama satu bulan,” ujarnya.

Apabila itu terjadi, maka pelanggan dapat menghubunginya 24 jam sehari dalam satu minggu tanpa henti. Ini tidak dilakukan melalui mekanisme ticketing. “Carilah penyedia cloud computing yang memiliki support local di sini,” paparnya.

Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) mengatakan perekonomian Indonesia bisa ditingkatkan bila Indonesia memiliki Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang unggul dan inovatif dalam menyongsong era industri 4.0 dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi.

“Saya yakin dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas SDM, Indonesia dapat segera mewujudkan visinya menjadi negara maju,” demikian antara lain isi pidato Pak Jokowi pada acara Pidato Kenegaraan Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (RAPBN) dan Nota Keuangan 2020 di Gedung DPR/MPR RI, Jakarta, Jumat (16/8/2019).

Lebih jauh dikatakan, bahwa peningkatan kualitas SDM juga menjadi modal penting untuk menghadapi era ekonomi berbasis teknologi digital. Maka dari itu, harus disiapkan berbagai strategi pembangunan SDM untuk memastikan bonus demografi menjadi bonus lompatan kemajuan. Indonesia memerlukan generasi bertalenta yang memiliki karakter tangguh dan bisa beradaptasi dengan evolusi teknologi digital menuju Indonesia Maju 4.0.
