“Kami memiliki dua data center, salahsatunya di Cikarang, Jawa Barat,” kata Gery Surjaudaja, Business Growth Executive, PT Arupa Cloud Nusantara kepada Majalah Biskom di sela-sela ‘Seminar IoT and Cyber Security Strategy 2020’ di Jakarta pada Kamis (12/12/2019).

Data center yang dibangun Arupa mencapai tier empat. Ini merupakan tingkatan tertinggi dari penggolongan data center di dunia termasuk Indonesia.

Selain itu layanan komputasi awan yang disediakan Arupa dilengkapi aplikasi keamanan. Jadi, data dan aplikasi yang berjalan dalam layanan dapat menahan berbagai serangan siber.

Tidak hanya keamanan layanan komputasi awan yang dijanjikan Arupa bagi penggunanya. Namun, layanan ini diberikan Service Level Agreement (SLA) sebesar 99,99%.

“Kami tidak boleh mengalami down time (mati) sepanjang 40 menit selama satu bulan,” ujarnya.

Apabila itu terjadi, maka pelanggan dapat menghubunginya 24 jam sehari dalam satu minggu tanpa henti. Ini tidak dilakukan melalui mekanisme ticketing. “Carilah penyedia cloud computing yang memiliki support local di sini,” paparnya.

Harga layanan komputasi awan yang diberikan Arupa Cloud Nusantara juga stabil. Artinya, harga ini tidak berubah-rubah setiap bulan lantaran dikenakan sesuai pemakaian.
